If you have a critical IT installation or if you want to protect your system against a prolonged failure, we offer assistance in the context of a support contract. This contract defines a response time, a fixed cost and a planned and preventive maintenance program.

The remote technical assistance provided by NUMERICS allows us to view the screen of your computer remotely and work to resolve the problem directly on your computer via a secure connection.


By using the remote help desk, NUMERICS undertakes not to register any transaction except with the explicit consent of the customer and only condition that registration is useful for the analysis and processing the problem under investigation. In this case a copy of the registration may be required by the customer.
